James Crumlin is the man. He is the founder and Man in charge of the Capitol Steps Workout here in Nashville which happens every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm. James is an 8 time Ironman finisher, a runner, a coach, a lawyer and a huge ambassador of the Nashville fitness community. James spends a large amount of his time encouraging and cheering on others and he is one of the most humble guys I know. I loved getting to spend an hour with him talking about life, fitness, music and Nashville. I am quite certain you will enjoy hearing James talk about his story as well.
